It was 1969 when The Who released Tommy and sparked an entire rock and roll subgenre (the rock opera). And now 40 years later, a version of Tommy by the London Symphony Orchestra and Chambre Choir with Guest Vocalists (long name for an album with such a short title, right?) will be getting a worldwide digital release next week to celebrate.
